In ESO, you level a character by gaining XP, so what's the most efficient way to do this? In this video, we'll look at the buffs you can get to gain XP faster and the best places to farm them. Whether you're a new character and want to hit level 50 or you want to increase your CP, these spots work for all character types and most of them are in the base game!
