There are 237 collectible locations in Wolfenstein 2 The New Colossus – 50 Gold, 50 Concept Art, 75 Starcards, 10 Vinyl Records, 15 Max's Toys, 16 Supercommander Death Cards, 21 Weapon Upgrades. You must find all of the collectibles to unlock the following 11 trophies/achievements:

– Toy Collector (15 Max' toys)
– Audiophile (10 records)
– Golden Boy (50 Gold)
– Terror Billy (16 Supercommander Death Cards)
– Meet the cast (75 Starcards)
– Art Lover (50 Concept Art)
– Start a collection (one of each collectible)
– Tinkerer (Improve a weapon)
– Specialist (Full upgrade of a weapon)
– Weapon Fanatic (Full upgrade of all weapons)
– Everywhere (Complete the Killboard)

It is highly recommended to wait until after the story to collect the collectibles! This is because many collectibles are unobtainable during the campaign (e.g. Overcommander Death Cards). It would be a waste of time to get these during the story, as you will have to replay the areas after the story anyway to hunt down the remaining commanders.

Nothing can be missed! All areas can be revisited after the game. Collectibles are saved immediately, so if you die, you don't have to pick them up again. You can stop the area replay immediately without losing progress.

In the pause menu under /"Extras/" you can see how many collectibles you've found per level. They're all numbered, so finding the missing items is easy (just use the timeline below to jump to their location in the video).

As you play through the story, always kill the Commanders (the guys in uniform who raise the alarm). They drop puzzles that are used after the story to unlock levels for replay. The puzzles can be farmed infinitely even after the story, so don't worry if you miss one in the story, it will just save you some grinding later.

The 150 readables are not needed for any trophies and are not included in this video guide.
