In our hectic work environment, sometimes things don't go quite as planned and employees get hurt. In this video, we talk about why it's important and necessary to report incidents as soon as they occur.

Reporting is not about assigning blame, but rather about identifying potential problems in the workplace so they don't happen again. Incidents can be minor or major in nature, but they are all "incidents" and need to be reported to find out what happened so they can't happen again.

If we do not report incidents, we will not be able to determine the root cause that led to the incident and prevent similar incidents from happening again.
