MVP, or Minimum Viable Product, is a concept that is becoming increasingly popular in the world of product design and development. It refers to a product or service that has just enough features to satisfy the first users and collect feedback for further development.
In this video, we cover the basics of MVPs in UX/product design, including what they are, why they're important, and how they can help you validate your ideas and bring your products to market faster and more efficiently.
AROUND
Bear Who?
Hi! I'm Bear, a product designer, design mentor, and Apple Award-winning podcast host.
I'm a self-taught designer with a science background who has been helping large companies, startups and clients in China, the US and New Zealand with digital products for over 16 years. In between work and family time, I read, draw, make podcasts and videos on technology, design and productivity.
My travel
After working as a graphic and multimedia designer for over 10 years, I moved to a new country with no local work experience, let alone UX experience. It was a challenging but stimulating move, wasn't it? I taught myself UX in 6 months and got my first UX job at New Zealand's leading fitness company. Now I'm a product designer at one of the southern hemisphere's top tech companies, mentoring design students as they transition into the design field and start their UX design journey.
