What is a Sprint Review in Agile?
In Scrum, Sprint Review is a meeting at the end of the sprint where the team gives an overview of the work done. The goal of the Sprint Review is to review the result of the sprint and determine future adjustments.

A successful Sprint Review results in a bidirectional flow of information between the Scrum Team and the stakeholders. The Sprint Review is a working session and the Scrum Team should avoid limiting it to a presentation.
