SNL star Kenan Thompson performed a version of “Hollywood Squares” in Chicago on Wednesday as part of the Democratic National Convention, an evening dedicated to fighting “for our freedoms,” from democracy to reproductive rights and more.

With the eyes of ordinary Americans on a giant video screen behind him, Thompson pulled out the ridiculously large hardback copy of the Democrats' "Project 2025," a Heritage Foundation plan for a possible second term for former President Donald Trump.

Thompson told one woman the plan would end civil rights protections for LGBTQ people and another Education Department official that Project 2025 called on Trump to "purge the civil service of anyone who is not a MAGA loyalist" and disband the department.

Later this evening, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz will formally accept the vice presidential nomination, one day before Vice President Kamala Harris takes the stage as the official nominee.
