How do you know which video games are appropriate for your child? You need to look at the age rating on the packaging. The ESRB rating is the quickest and easiest way for parents to make a quick decision about how appropriate a game is for their child. The ESRB is a rating system used in the United States to classify video games based on their content so consumers can choose age-appropriate video games. This is one of the easiest ways for parents to regulate the video games their children play. Does your child constantly ask about games that you think are too adult or too violent for them? Do you adhere to the ESRB rating system? Did you know about the ESRB before this video? Did you know about it, but do you think you can guide your child through the more mature content? Whichever route you choose, you should do so wisely. And remember, it's right there on the packaging, your child won't be able to object.
