If you are asked this question in the interview: What would you change about this mobile app or website? At this stage, you shouldn't change big things like the main navigation of the mobile app or website because if you do that, you're just guessing. To change big things about the app, you need to really know your user and their frustrations/problems well to come up with a solution.
So what would you change? I would only change small things: like improving the text of the UI, making the text more readable or rounding the buttons, improving the design so that it looks more modern overall.
