Icebreakers are quick and fun activities that you should use at the beginning of a workshop or meeting to warm up participants.
Yes, we know icebreakers can sometimes be a little awkward at first, but they're proven to improve relationships and encourage creativity. Icebreakers set the tone for workshops and help participants understand how a facilitated session actually works. And that's why you should always have a few icebreaker activities ready in your facilitation toolkit.
