Here is a short biography of Gary Collins:

Gary Collins has over 20 years of compliance, regulatory and legal experience in both the public and private sectors. His expertise as an attorney and compliance professional is complemented by his work as a federal prosecutor, chief compliance officer and head of compliance.

Gary currently serves as Director of Training and Policies, Procedures and Standards for the Americas region at BNP Paribas (based in New York). Previously, Gary served as Managing Director & Core Compliance Leader (Training, Policies and Risk Assessment) at GE Capital in Norwalk. His roles at GE also included more than three years as Chief Compliance Officer of GE Energy Financial Services, a business unit of GE Capital.
