I was diagnosed with ADHD about a year ago. And it's been a real whirlwind learning everything I could about adult ADHD. I have the inattentive type of ADHD and boy is it fun. The inattentive type of ADHD is different than the hyperactive type. It's also known as ADD. It's not as obvious to spot the inattentive subtype of ADHD and thus many people don't know they have ADHD!!! Well, I'm here to tell you… you might have it. Just kidding… but do I? I never thought I had a mental disorder… but I do. Here in this video, I'm simply listing the main symptoms of the inattentive type of ADHD and hope you find some good kernels of truth to help you on your own journey! Stay tuned for next week when I show the other side of ADHD, which is the hyperactive type of ADHD. Oh, and you can be both… that's a thing. So exciting.
