Reputable and reputable dubbing agencies charge between 20% and 50%. Some charge more than 50%, but I would recommend not working with those who charge more than 50%. Lyle Hanson, the founder of dubbing agency Bank Robber, said they charge 25% and it is unethical for someone to charge more than that.

He has over 1500 sync placements and is one of the most, if not the most, successful artists in sync licensing. He has signed deals with several sync agencies that range from 25% to 50%.
