In this video I'll show you how to create a complete developer onboarding process from scratch.

I cover the six key areas that all developer onramps need and how to launch them, including recognizing the value of participation, setting up tools and toolchains, developing capabilities (e.g., getting started guides, API documentation, and more), getting help (e.g., on Slack or in a forum), creating rewards, and more.
