Dr. Zubin D'souza's lecture was inspired by the Mahabharata and the experiences he
as a professional chef.

An experienced F&B professional, he is recognized as a visionary creator of award-winning culinary experiences and his culinary dishes are influenced by culturally diverse regions of the world.
