Team building experts Mary and David Sherwin have found that one of the most common causes of problems in teams in the workplace is a fundamental communication gap.

So they developed a simple team-building exercise that allows employees to get on the same page before starting new projects. It's called "Teamwords" and it helps companies tackle communication problems head-on.
