The Forest is known as a horror survival game to play with friends. It features everything from day and night cycles to building base stations. What it doesn't feature is an easy to follow beginner's guide and tips and tricks. Especially for people new to survival games in general. I've been playing this game for quite a while now and I make videos on specific topics learning how the game works; from beginner's guides to building base stations, to beginner's guides to crafting, to beginner's guides to cannibals. For this video, I made a beginner's guide specifically aimed at people new to the game, with as many tips and tricks as I could find.

About the game:
In The Forest, players control Eric LeBlanc and must survive on a forested peninsula in search of his son Timmy after a devastating plane crash. Players must survive by crafting shelter, weapons, and other survival tools. In addition to various forest creatures, the peninsula is home to a tribe of cannibalistic mutants who live in villages on the surface and in deep caves beneath the peninsula. While they are not necessarily always hostile toward the player, they usually behave aggressively, especially at night.
