Episode Notes:

1. The recordings come from both real hardware and my NES Classic. For the light gun games I used MESEN.

2. I really tried to look at things on a much larger scale than just my personal favorites, but it's still a list of my own preferences. Enjoy.

3. I honestly can't remember exactly what happened to my original NES. It was most likely sold to fund something else. Given the time frame, I'd say it was either my Sega CD or my Turbo CD that caused me to sell.

4. There is no run and gun section, as most of the games I considered fit comfortably into other genres. There are a handful, but they all pale pretty much in comparison to Contra and Super C. Because of this, I didn't want a winner that just existed.
