If you want to be ready to make the most of the trails this year, these are my top six exercises for strength and stability. Incorporate these into your current hiking workout and see immediate progress.
These exercises will strengthen your core, hips, legs and of course your feet and prepare you for a day of hiking.
️ If you have any injuries or any of these exercises are not working for you, stop immediately. If you can't do any of these exercises yet, don't be discouraged! Even if you work towards them, you will build strength that you can use on your next hike.
