For 2025, Ford has not only packed an all-wheel-drive hybrid under the body of its plucky little pickup, but it's also decided it's time for a power upgrade. Check out the new Maverick Lobo! Ford calls it a /"street performance truck/," but the important thing is that it's not getting more power. On the other hand, Ford says it will be faster from 0-60 thanks to its 7-speed automatic, which shifts quicker and takes less time to shift during 0-60 acceleration. The Lobo also gets Ford's dual-clutch torque vectoring rear axle, an additional drive mode to send more power to the rear, for /"closed-loop use/
