We review Hesk's helpdesk software system. We take a look at Hesk v3.4.2 and gather our thoughts on it. There are some good and not so good aspects and we discuss some of the points before embarking on a data migration from the now unsupported Spiceworks on-premise system to Hesk, with some changes coming up.
