So is /"technical debt/" too technical for non-developers to understand? No, not really. It's actually pretty simple and makes perfect sense even in non-technical work.
That's why I explain it in this video in simple words and with many examples.

In this video I talked about:

What exactly is technical debt?
What is technical debt in IT?
What happens if you don't pay your debts and end up getting into more debt?
How do you show technical debt to the business side?
How can you reduce the technical debt that already exists in your product?
How do you document technical debt?
The simplest strategy to ensure you don’t incur further technical debt

Today's episode will be a little different as I'm sharing three conversations I personally had during Scrum Day Madison in September. The people I'm talking to are the co-organizers of the Scrum Masters of the Universe meeting.

We hear their stories and their path to the Scrum Master role. We discussed the challenges (as always 🙂 and their success stories. And I also asked them what they think about the salary of a Scrum Master – how much should it be?

Since this was the first time I personally used my equipment to film, the video is not optimal, sometimes it is a little jerky and sometimes it is blurry. But the discussions we had were, as always, insightful.

Let's begin!
