The best guide to professions and skills in Stardew Valley

There are so many professions in Stardew Valley, and some of them seem good, but there are some much better options!

For mining, choose the Miner and Prospector professions. You will receive a lot of additional resources.

With the farming skills, plowing and crafting professions, you can sell your crops and craft goods at a higher price and earn more money.

For the Wild Herb profession, always choose Collector and Botanist. This means you will always find Iridium quality truffles and have a chance to get double the amount!

For the fishing profession, I would recommend choosing the Fisherman and Angler professions, you will catch a lot of fish for the community center anyway.

If you want a consistent DPS increase, choose the Fighter and Brutal professions in the combat skill line.
