Demos are the foundation on which you can build better software, stronger teams, and a healthier culture. When you reach the end of your sprint, it’s time to present your work and reflect on it at the Sprint Review ceremony. how things went.
First, bring everyone together – from the Scrum Master, development team, and product owner to designers, writers, and analysts – in a room with a screen that everyone can see. Make sure you allow enough time for everyone to contribute can.
