[SPOILER] God of War – Why Fight It? Trophy Guide – Complete Blades of Chaos Upgrade [Bronze]

To fully upgrade the Blades of Chaos / Chaos Blades, you will need Chaos Flames, a type of crafting component. Level 5 is the maximum for the blades.
After you collect the Blades of Chaos, you will continue to receive Chaos Flames from story bosses. This is unmissable. Even if you don't collect them, they will be added to the /"Lost Items/" section in the shop.

Simply by completing the story, you can level up the blades to level 4. So after the story, you're probably wondering how to reach the final level.

It's actually hidden in the shop under /"Buy/" – /"Resources/". There you can exchange the Raging Inferno of Muspelheim for the last Chaos Flame.

Where can I find the raging inferno of Muspelheim?

It is dropped by the only Valkyrie on this map. To get to her you must complete all the trials that lead up the mountain. There are 5 trials and you must play each one twice to open the gate to the next trial. The Valkyrie is sort of the final boss in this area.

After taking the Raging Inferno from her, return to a shop and exchange it for the Chaos Flame. Then you can purchase the final upgrade.
