There are a total of 5 different endings in Hollow Knight and it is possible to achieve every single ending in one game file. That is, if you do everything right. In this video I will show you what is required to achieve every single game ending so you can achieve them all yourself.

Ending 1: The Hollow Knight
Requirements:
– Not having acquired Void Heart
– Defeat the Hollow Knight

After the defeat, the Hollow Knight dies and absorbs the infection. The knight is then sealed in the Black Egg and the game ends.

Ending 2: Sealed siblings
Requirements:
– After acquiring Void Heart:

This triggers an ending where, in addition to the events of the first ending, Hornet is also trapped inside and the shape of her head appears on the door (similar to how the Dreamers' masks appeared before).

Ending 3: Dream no more
Requirements:
– After acquiring Void Heart:

– Defeat the shine

After Radiance is defeated, the infection is gone and the Black Egg disappears from the temple. Hornet wakes up to find the Knight's shell broken in half in the middle of a crater in the room, meaning the Knight has either died or returned to the Void.

The scene changes to a shot of the abyss, where the siblings are seen sinking into the earth and finally coming to rest with the end of The Radiance.

Ending 4: Embrace the Void
Requirements:
– Defeat all Pantheons
– Defeat Absolute Radiance

After Absolute Radiance's defeat, the Knight's shell cracks open and his shadow falls into the seething void below. Shortly after, the screen flashes and suddenly the Void Entity appears in the Knight's place. After cracking Absolute Radiance's face open, the Void Entity beats and shreds her until it finally explodes into Essence.

Afterwards, Void begins to rain down from the sky in Godhome and the Godseeker is seen staring up in shock as the inky black substance oozes out from above the clouds. The Void entity suddenly shoots down towards the main atrium of Godhome and as it passes, some Void tentacles reach out and wrap up Godseeker, sealing her fate. The scene then switches to the Godseeker's physical body, still in the Junk Pit, leaking Void as her body begins to pulsate and leak out more of the black substance. Shortly after, black tentacles erupt from her body and begin thrashing around.

The scene shifts back to the interior of the Temple of the Black Egg, where Hornet stares in confusion at the shrinking tendrils of the infection. Suddenly, a figure leaps out, dragging chains behind him, prompting Hornet to readiness of her guard. This figure, though unspecified, is presumably the Hollow Knight, now freed from his duty to contain The Radiance.

Ending 5: Delicate Flower
Requirements:
– Give the tender flower to the seeker of God
– Defeat all Pantheons
– Defeat Absolute Radiance

The events that play out beforehand are exactly the same as Embrace the Void. However, just as the Void tentacles erupt from Godseeker, a drop of Void lands on the delicate flower held by the dying beetle. In a brilliant white flash, Godseeker and Void disappear, leaving only the flower on the ground with a hint of black on one of its petals.

The scene follows the same one as Embrace the Void with Hornet in the Temple of the Black Egg.

There is an additional cutscene for Mr. Mushroom, but I don't count that as a true /"ending/". If you want to know how to get the cutscene, you can find it here:
