This product enables easy customer communication with new two-way channels, including SMS campaigns, web chat and social media to help grow your business.

You will need a Customer Engagement license in GoTo Admin to access this product, but a license is not required to complete the onboarding process.
You must also be an administrator or super administrator to complete the Customer Engagement onboarding process.
