I got 4 questions from one of you about wiki/knowledge management tools (like Google Sites, Confluence, etc.). Great questions and a topic I've never really covered before, so here are my thoughts and experiences. If you want to jump to the questions, you can click on the links below:

1:43
What do you use as a wiki tool?

2:43
What are the three best tools?

3:21
Where do you see wiki tools in the context of collaboration?

4:15
Where do you take, collect and structure your notes?

Thanks for watching. If you need more specific information on what I mean by “use a tool that integrates with your existing tools”, check out this video with Konrad, founder of keeeb.com, a tool that takes enterprise knowledge management to the next level.

I also recommend trying our Confluence if you can imagine working with this tool. If you use Google/G Suite and want to look for wiki tools without collaboration functionality (which I really don't recommend), these are some options: MoinMoin, DokuWiki, Twiki, Wikidot, Wikispaces, MediaWiki.

Christoph has been an entrepreneur since high school. After graduating from the University of St. Gallen, he co-founded a mobile phone recommerce company that grew its revenue from 1M to 31M in less than 5 years. To scale the business, he didn't just hire additional staff. Instead, he became obsessed with increasing individual productivity through the latest online collaboration tools and new ways of working.

This new digital setup sparked numerous requests from fellow entrepreneurs who wanted to help them build a similar environment in their companies. Thus was born the idea for Blackboat, a technology-focused company that aims to help leaders increase team efficiency through the use of cloud tools and fast communication.
Christoph is also a keynote speaker and shares his experiences, thoughts and ideas on #EndOf90iesIT and #futureofwork via his YouTube channel and Facebook page.

His team has been involved in projects with clients such as Facebook, mymuesli.com, thjnk AG, Nestlé, Microsoft, Google, Service Partner One, Amorelie.de, AboutYou.de, E.ON, Mediakraft et al.
