Where do I start here? In my opinion, bidding online is definitely a lot less fun than being in person at live auctions. There's just something special about seeing the person you're bidding on get so excited and full of adrenaline. Buying a storage unit is almost as much fun as actually buying the unit!

However, this description is for online bidding techniques and because of the way you buy the storage units, I usually only use a few.

Ultimately, I sometimes recommend that new buyers, especially people who don't like confrontation or may be shy at live warehouse auctions, actually focus more on online purchases. Only you know if that person is you, and that's totally fine if you are! That's the beauty of online auctions: once you win the bid, the only other person you have to see is the employee you're buying the unit from at the facility.

Just consider yourself a sniper if you only buy online, be very selective and check the photos as much as you can, you are looking for the home run units with bad photos so you can get incredible prices.
