JAD is an acronym for Joint Application Development. JAD sessions are becoming increasingly popular for conducting requirements workshops as many organizations are increasingly adopting collaborative methodologies. This approach to requirements elicitation workshops also results in higher quality requirements and solutions, which ultimately leads to higher customer satisfaction.

In this tutorial, I will detail how to conduct an effective and well-organized requirements workshop using JAD sessions. This also includes an example of a detailed requirements workshop agenda for our case study project.
