A popular concept is the 4 Ps of marketing, or the marketing mix. This describes the 4 things that absolutely have to be ready for launch: product, price, promotion and place.

My name is Juan Rodriguez and I am a Product Director at a technology company in Finland. My experience is in developing desktop and cloud solutions with a B2B focus. I care a lot about product design as I identify the right customer problems and find the solutions that have the biggest impact on the business.

I have an education in electronics and automation and my first jobs were focused on machine vision and to some extent robotics. You can imagine that I don't particularly like manual processes and want to automate as much as possible 🙂 I moved to Finland in 2006 and started as a software developer. After some time I moved to product teams and held roles as application manager and product manager. Currently I am the product director who drives product managers and helps them grow in their careers.
