Class notes
=============
All three qualities, namely presence, charisma and gravitas, have a strong positive influence, but in different ways.
Presence: People will notice your presence and acknowledge you
Charisma: People will be attracted to you – and want to be with you
Gravitas: People will want to listen to you and follow your advice

RECOMMENDED EXERCISE
======================
Continue your personal trust protocol from the last videos:
1. Find three people in your work environment who you admire professionally. Observe them carefully and assess the level of presence, charisma and authority they display. What things do you notice that contribute to each person? (3 x 2 MC CPD points)
2. Think as objectively as possible about your presence, charisma and authority. Which of these qualities do you need to invest the most time and effort in? (2 MC CPD points)
3. Once you have chosen Presence, Charisma or Gravitas, you can start making changes. Don't worry, there are more videos to come that cover all of these points in detail (2 MC CPD points).
