Hiya 😀 Today I'm talking about popular reality shifting methods (that work) and are effective for visualizers AND people with aphantasia! The reality shifting methods are: The Hug Method, The Lucid Dreaming Method, The Kiyoko and Julia Methods, Cinn's Method, The Eye Method and The Goddess Method!

In my experience (as someone with partial aphantasia) the lucid dreaming, Julia and eye methods work well. But don't take my word for it! Experiment with the methods and mix them up to create something that works best for you 🙂
