This fire occurred on October 31, 2016 in Newark, Ohio. One resident was at home when the fire broke out. No civilians or firefighters were injured.

The Newark Fire Department was staffed by 16 personnel and responded with two fire engines, an aerial ladder, three medical units, and a battalion chief. Prevention-1 and EMS-1 are both 40-hour employees and assisted with this fire.

A total of four attack lines from two separate apparatuses were used, which were supplied via two hydrants.

Automatic assistance was provided by the Heath, Granville, Newton, MaryAnn and Hanover fire departments.
