http://www.tvrepairinfo.com/ The TV I repaired in this video is a Samsung UN32EH5300FXZA. I misstated the model number in this video so please be aware of that. This TV came to my shop broken. My first guess was broken LEDs since I see this sort of thing so often, but it turns out it was a faulty motherboard. A common trait of a faulty motherboard is that if the TV turns on at all, and you press the power button many times, it is unresponsive and stays on. Something else that surprised me about this particular model: unplugging the motherboard made the backlight come on. Normally the power supply won't come on unless it gets a 5 volt turn-on voltage from the motherboard, but on this model unplugging the motherboard made the backlight come on.
