2️⃣ Ask the right questions – and be sure to listen! – to control the negotiation.

3️⃣ Try to get a little more for your customers (than they asked for)!
While this isn't always possible, sometimes your negotiating skills can get your customer to accept an even lower price than they were willing to pay, leaving them with more money to spend on renovations or furnishings.
