Edward Blum and his friends (American Alliance for Equal Rights) are at it again. First they fought tirelessly to end affirmative action, which eventually led to the Supreme Court's decision to end affirmative action in college admissions. Now they have set their sights on the Fearless Fund. A black women-led venture capital firm that aims to support and find black women-led businesses. The Fearless Fund is accused of reverse discrimination in private contracts in that the fund awards 4 grants per year of $20,000 each to black women-led startups. But the statistics don't lie and black women-owned businesses have faced discrimination, inequality, underrepresentation and underfunding for decades. So is this really reverse discrimination or is it just a matter of level playing field and equal opportunity?
