Whether you're throwing a surprise party or planning a large corporate event, you'll want to follow a structured process to ensure your attendees have an enjoyable experience. In this video, "Event Management 101 with Google Sheets," I'll explain event planning and walk you through my method step by step!

No matter what type of event you're planning, there are many constants: attendees, registration or invitation process, speakers and agenda, marketing materials and communication channels. Literally every event in the world has these things in some form.

I like to break event planning down into different parts: before the event, during the event, and after the event. This helps me structure my thoughts whether I'm planning a wedding, a birthday party, or a team offsite meeting.
