To measure success in social media, it is important to look beyond the number of followers.

Engagement rate is a metric that measures the level of interaction between our audience and our posts, providing valuable insight into what resonates with our followers and sparks conversation.

A high engagement rate means that our content is not only being seen, but also generating reactions, comments and shares. It's a sign that we're effectively engaging with our audience and building a community around our brand or personal account.

On the other hand, a low engagement rate may be an indication that our content is not resonating with our audience and we need to change our content strategy.
