In this video, we show how we streamlined our client onboarding process by switching from Honeybook to a bespoke approach that uses Google Docs for contracts, Dropbox Sign for signatures, and Stripe for invoicing. We found that our previous method of combining the entire onboarding flow into one step limited our storytelling opportunities, especially with our proposals. Now we're using new, bespoke proposal decks and show how this change has positively impacted our workflow and overall client experience.
