LECTURE DESCRIPTION:
Writing software documentation can be daunting. You know you've been putting off work and haven't started writing documentation for your product. A few weeks before your deadline, you have to deliver documentation with your product. At this point, no technical writer is available. All you see on your desk is a mountain of information that you have to summarize into documentation. The bad news is: you have to start writing. The good news, however, is: you don't have to write _everything_. This talk aims to identify the absolutely essential documentation that anyone who hates writing technical content (engineers? product managers?) can still put together with minimal effort and maximum impact.
