Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) has long been the domain of DevOps professionals and continues to be so. However, with the introduction of native CI/CD in GitHub in 2019 via GitHub Actions, it's easier than ever to integrate CI/CD into your workflow directly from your repository.

This is a great thing. As developers, we are trained to use peer reviews to make sure our code works. But I'm here to tell you that we need to pause peer review. When you use Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions to build a CI/CD pipeline, you should have confidence in your code.

I'll show you exactly how to build your own CI/CD pipeline directly from your repository on GitHub.
