Leveling an RV on a sloped campsite is pretty easy if you know the right steps. Here's how we do it, plus we're giving away some great prizes in our latest RVgeeks giveaway!

Even if you own another RV, such as a travel trailer or fifth wheel trailer, some of the things we've covered will apply to you too. Plus, every RVer wants to win the prizes we're giving away, so don't turn it off just because your RV doesn't have built-in jacks!

Your RV's leveling system may be different than ours, but many of the concepts are pretty much the same. Although we have a computerized system, we'll show you how to level using the manual controls if you don't have automatic mode.

On Sunday, November 16, 2014, five lucky RVgeeks viewers can each win a set of four utility blocks! You can enter the competition here:

ARE YOU WONDERING WHICH EQUIPMENT IS BEST FOR YOUR MOTORHOME?
Here is all of our favorite gear that we use ourselves and recommend to friends:

Visit us at http://TheRVgeeks.com for more great RVing content!

We have been full-time RVers since April 2003 and share tips and tricks on maintaining, repairing, trip planning, upgrading and operating RVs on your own.

Many RVers want to learn more about using, maintaining and caring for their vehicles. We hope our experience can help others to get hands-on, save time and money, and have the satisfaction of a job well done.

We are hands-on RVers, not professional technicians. We are comfortable with the techniques and products we use, but please make sure any methods and materials you use are compatible with your equipment and skills. Regardless of our recommendation, if you are unsure about working on your RV, you should consult a professional. Any tasks you perform and any products you purchase based on information we provide to you are entirely at your own risk.

We sometimes receive products to review for free and The RVgeeks participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. But our opinions are our own, you won't pay a penny extra, and we only link to products we personally use, love, and can recommend to friends with complete confidence.
