If you can't see the Custom Face option, it might be because you're using a different profile than the default when you installed the game. To fix this, you need to save the image to Documents/Arma2/Other Profiles/PROFILE NAME instead of simply saving it to Documents/Arma2.

Of course, /"PROFILENAME/" will be replaced with the actual name of your profile.
