About this video: This video is a complete guide on how to create a server in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. It will allow you to play Minecraft Bedrock Edition with your friends. It provides you with a complete guide on how to host Minecraft Bedrock servers and everything you need to know to create a server in Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

The first step to creating a Minecraft Bedrock server is to download the Minecraft Bedrock Edition dedicated server file, which you can find at the link in the description above. Once there, find the "Minecraft Dedicated Server Software for Windows" section and click "Accept the EULA" after confirming this. Then click the green "Download" button and the Minecraft Bedrock Edition server software will be downloaded.

Next, move the downloaded zip file to your desktop. Then right-click on that file, select "Extract" and then "Extract All". The files will be extracted and a new folder will appear on your desktop. Open that folder and all your Minecraft Bedrock server files will be placed in that folder.

Now we want to start your dedicated Minecraft Bedrock server by double clicking on the “bedrock_server.exe” file. This will start your server. You may see a popup asking you to allow the Minecraft Bedrock server through your firewall. You should do this and allow it through public and private networks.

Your Minecraft Bedrock server is now online. However, it is currently unavailable for entry. To join your Minecraft Bedrock Edition server, you will need to port forward. First, however, you will need to stop your server. To do this, type "stop" into the server's console. This will shut down the server properly, ensuring that things on the server are saved when it shuts down.

As for port forwarding, you need to forward port 19132 in TCP and UDP protocol. The process of port forwarding is different on every router, but in the video we go through all the common terms and places where port forwarding might be on your router. It can be called anything from port forwarding to apps and games, and it can even be hidden behind firewall, security, or admin tabs.

Once you have port forwarded your Minecraft Bedrock Edition server, you can log in. You can do this using your public IP address, which you can find at the link above.

At this point, you now know how to create a server in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. If you have any questions about creating a Minecraft Bedrock server, let us know in the comments and we will do our best to help you.
