One of the most important decisions you'll have to make is choosing the class for your trademark application – and this is the area where most do-it-yourself business owners make a big mistake. The /"class/" is the product or service category associated with your brand or trademark – but it's not that simple. You may sell many different types of products/services, and some may fall into multiple classes.

In this video I explain how to choose your trademark class and give many examples. Here is a link to the database I use: https://tmidm.uspto.gov/id-master-list-public.html

Would you like to work with me on your USPTO trademark application?

I have some spots available in my schedule for new clients on trademark packages ($850 plus USPTO filing fees) where I will represent you and file your trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

This includes conducting a trademark search, providing strategy advice, submitting the application and accompanying you through the process at the trademark office.

If you are interested, email me at [email protected] and we can discuss if this is a good fit for you and what the next steps are.
