How to check the uptime of your Ubuntu Linux system via the command line (terminal)

In this video, I'll show you how to check how long your Ubuntu Linux system has been running. This can be checked using a command called /"uptime/ run in the command line terminal. In this guide, the Ubuntu Linux machine I'm using is a server hosted at a server host provider called Vultr.

Steps to check the uptime of Ubuntu Linux systems:

1. Log in to your Ubuntu Linux server via SSH
2. At the command line/terminal, type one of the following commands and run the command:

Operating time

Operating time -p

Operating time -s

Key:
-p This stands for /"pretty/
