Matt walks us through Passive House, a high-performance building standard designed to reduce building-related emissions. These buildings are super insulated (throughout, through out, through out!), have little to no thermal bridging, well-insulated windows, are airtight, utilize an HRV/ERV, and have minimal air conditioning. Not only are they energy efficient, but they're also insanely comfortable and healthy! Is there a better way to build?
