The updated and detailed guide on Instructional Designer can be found here: https://youtu.be/5mjPi463TcU

In this video, we dive into the entire eLearning design and development process I've used to secure high-quality client projects. And I've helped people in the bootcamp leverage this process to snag some of the most competitive instructional design opportunities.

Many of the eLearning offerings you may have seen are designed as information overload rather than an engaging, story-driven experience. This process will help you design immersive learning experiences that capture people's attention and help them do their jobs better.

This process will not only help you reach your audience, but will also allow you to create a portfolio project that will help you stand out in the market.

The step-by-step eLearning design process is as follows:
1. Identify needs: Determine whether there is room for improvement
2. Create an action map: Outline the actions you want people to take.
3. Write the storyboard: Create the text-based blueprint for your eLearning experience.
4. Design visual models: Design the visual layout for your eLearning experience.
5. Develop a prototype: Develop a prototype for your project.
6. Develop the final product: Complete the final product.

I'll also explain how you can add entertaining moments and enhance the broadcast for your audience.

Throughout the video, we examine portfolio projects that have successfully used this eLearning design process.
