6. Become a star team player: At work, we have to work as a team. It is important to be someone who is easy to work with, helpful, friendly, positive and has excellent interpersonal skills. Becoming a star team player will make you popular with your colleagues, develop good relationships and create a positive work atmosphere.
7. Make your boss's life easier: Make your boss's job easier. If you mean well and offer solutions without being told, you make your boss's life easier. It shows that you are loyal to the company.
