The examples in this video are just to show you the logic behind creating a clear plan. I have tried many methods and created different types of plans for language learning. I am creative and flexible when it comes to creating and changing plans. In fact, doing new exercises and changing the routine is a good way to increase your motivation.
But the core of all good plans is always: motivation and discipline.
